We pull every screen, wash both sides, and clear the opening tracks so the sash actually slides. That’s the standard visit — not a separate add-on.
We pull every screen, brush both sides, and put them back. Opening tracks get the grit, dead bugs, and pollen out so sashes actually slide. Frames are wiped, not ignored.
If a screen is torn or a track is bent, we flag it. We do not jam a damaged frame back in and call it done.
